1. Any orders placed after 6:00 p.m. will be processed the next day and delivered to you within the specified timeframes.
2. Orders placed or booked after 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays, or late in the weekend, will be automatically processed for shipping on Monday or the following business day. Because our items have a limited shelf life and there is no courier service or collection on Sundays or government holidays, we have to adhere to stringent dispatch timeframes.
3. Orders placed during any holiday months may experience dispatch or delivery delays relative to regular delivery schedules for a variety of reasons, such as stock shortages or overloaded shipping.
4. The shipping information provided at the time of booking must be accurate; the buyer will bear full responsibility for any delivery delays caused by inaccurate information.
OTHER IMPORTANT POINTS
1. If the billing and shipping addresses differ, all relevant details, including the address, a nearby location, the name and phone number of the contact person, should be supplied to ensure a seamless delivery procedure.
2. Custom on duty or inspection charges: The customer is responsible for paying any custom duty or inspection fees that the destination country’s custom office or border security officer assesses on the shipment; IBS Printing Solutions is not responsible for any fees. IBS Printing Solutions shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the products throughout this inspection process.
Cancellation by Site / Customer
Customers may cancel orders at any time by contacting customer care by phone or on the website, up until the cut-off time of the slot, which is before the product for which they have placed an order is sent. We have the right to cancel any orders if we suspect a fraudulent transaction by a customer or a transaction that violates the terms and conditions of using the website. We shall keep track of all fraudulent transactions and customers on a negative list, and we’ll either cancel their orders or refuse them access.
